About the ILAT discussion list
The Indigenous Languages and Technology (ILAT) discussion list is an open forum for community language specialists, linguists, scholars, and students to discuss issues relating to the uses of technology in language revitalization efforts. A list of links to the ILAT archives is presented at right (up to August 2012).
The list is maintained by Phil Cash Cash [visit his website] of the Weyiiletpu (Cayuse) and Nuumiipuu (Nez Perce) peoples. Below is a Rising Voices interview with Mr. Cash Cash about his research in using technologies to preserve Indigenous languages.
